Pre-entry information

    Car parking

Ulverston Ford Park house, Ford Park, LA12 7JP

Cars may have to use the town car parks if weather is very wet, but info will be made available if this happens.

From the east follow the A590 into Ulverston, straight across the first roundabout, turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Swan street at the Swan Hotel. Then third right into Ford Park (this will be signed)

    Parking £1 per car

    Facilities at Ford Park

Ford Park are a charity and have been very helpful with us allowing us use of their grounds, use of toilets (yes that’s proper flushing toilets) and have given us access to their terrace room with a cover for registration and finish. If the weather is wet and we have to let you park in the town car parks, there will be room to leave a bag undercover.

There is a child’s small orienteering course within the grounds and maps are available free of charge from the registration area, and there is a playground for children.

They have a very good Café open for light snacks, cakes and drinks until 8.30, on site and have devised a menu for us. We very much hope you will support them.

It should be an event for all and we hope you will join us. We look forward to seeing you on the 1st August.
