Registration/Event Centre
There will only be an event centre for Registration on Saturday 28th July. This is fairly conveniently located for most people entering the Lake District.
Training Areas
Areas to use to get used to Lakes terrain
2 training areas have been provided to help prepare you for the races. One is typical of Lake District Forests and the other is a high open fell.
Introduction
In the summer of 2018, the 7th Lakes 5 event will take place in the English Lake District, home of some of the country’s most beloved scenery and finest orienteering areas. The event will incorporate five individual regional events between Sunday 29th July and Friday 3rd August 2018 with one rest / activity day.

The Lake District National Park is England's largest National Park and is now a World Heritage Site
It has a wealth of accommodation. Hotels, Bed and Breakfasts etc. can be located through the National Park website.
